THE GIG
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team in the Milan Head Office, to join us with a fixed term contract for maternity cover.
In this role, you will work alongside our Sales, Logistics Distribution Centre, Supply & Demand, and Finance teams to provide operational support to our Wholesale partners in Italy. Additionally, you will work closely with the Southern Sales Operations Team. It is essential to be fluent in English and Italian.
Manage all daily activities and be the key point of contact for enquiries from customers Sales Agencies and other departments. Working closely with Sales Teams, Logistics, Distribution Centre to ensure relevant information, issues, process changes are promptly dealt withEnsure all customers’ queries, claims and delivery issues are managed and that suitable measures are in place to protect the customer from undue failures of Quality, Cost or Delivery performanceEnsure prompt, timely and accurate input and maintenance of customers’ orders within given deadlinesHighlight any problems/errors identified on customers’ orders and ensure customer order details are validated prior to order confirmation and deliveries.Release orders according to allocation coverage, customer requested delivery date, customer shipping and fulfilment requirements and company target needs.Handle returns of goods, strictly following the company’s guidelines and rulesRegularly report to Senior workload status, addressing issues to be solvedMaintain the ship-to customers’ master file and audit data governanceLiaise closely with other departments to ensure full conformity to customer requirements and efficient handling of account. Liaising with credit department to ensure that queries are resolved,Liaise with the warehouse, Logistic Team and Carriers to ensure that VAS is carried out correctly and that SLA are respected as well as on time deliveryProvide cover as necessary for other staff members (i.e., holidays, sickness, etc) and support to the team depending on workload change and priorities assigned.To support and assist any colleague and department in case of need or if requiredTHE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
Proven track record in B2B/Wholesale operations and logistic in the fashion industry.
