    Per importante azienda operante nell’occhialeria di lusso cerchiamo N°1 TEAM LEADER con esperienza pregressa nel settore occhialeria. La risorsa selezionata si occuperà di: coordinare gli operatori del team assegnato garantendo l’alimentazione delle postazioni e il rispetto degli obiettivi di produzione giornaliera assegnati dal responsabile;garantire l’attrezzaggio delle macchine nei tempi e nelle modalità richieste per la consegna degli ordini di produzione assegnati;garantire l’utilizzo corretto delle attrezzature in dotazione al reparto;collaborare in particolare con le funzioni Quality e Planning al fine di ottimizzare la produzione giornaliera garantendo l’evasione dei piani di consegna richiesti;contribuire a modificare metodi e/o procedure al fine di accrescere il livello di autonomia degli operatori dell’area;collaborare in specifici programmi di sviluppo delle persone;garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza e delle procedure aziendali.Luogo di lavoro: Setteville (BL);Orario di lavoro: full time di 40 ore settimanali da lunedì al venerdì distribuito su fascia oraria 8:00 -17:00.Contratto ed inquadramento saranno valutati in fase di colloquio rispetto all’esperienza del/la candidato/a.

Your Opportunity: The Senior Manager FP&A is part of the Global FP&A team and will be responsible for developing and executing financial plans and providing insights to support business decision-making. Will support senior leadership providing both recurring reports and in-depth analysis by working cross functionally across divisions/regions. Your Contribution: Develop and execute the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, drivers, and areas for improvement. Developing and implementing cost management strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Monitors the Capex spend against investment budgets. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decisions, particularly those related to growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives. Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of FP&A activities. Help coordinating / liaising with the local regional teams to respect group deadlines and execute ad hoc-analysis and FP&A activities Your Skills: Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) 7 to 10 years of related working experience in a multinational corporate environment, consulting or audit, including at least 3 years of relevant Controlling work experience Background of experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus Fluent in English Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Planning tool/software, Hyperion and SAP a plus Experience with business intelligence tools such as OBIEE and PowereBI is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills, leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels of management Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities and still contribute thoughtful and high-quality work products Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve processes in partnership with other departments Diversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.
