Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced, well-organized and proactive Social Media Manager responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of social media channels for a portfolio of several brand. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, handling the planning, revision and approval of editorial calendars and coordinating closely with the Art Director for the development of creative assets. The Social Media Manager will oversee all aspects of content publishing and community engagement.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main liaison with clients for the definition, revision and approval of editorial plans, managing feedback, content changes, substitutions and adaptations.Draft and manage publishing timelines once creative assets have been approved, ensuring consistency and timely execution.Write engaging copy for posts, stories and multi-platform content, aligned with each brand’s tone of voice and communication goals.Publish content across platforms, including posts, stories, collaborations with talents and reposts of talent-generated content.Community management: respond to comments and direct messages in line with FAQ guidelines provided by each brand.Insert strategic links and calls to action in stories to drive in-store traffic (drive to store).Work in close collaboration with the Art Director to ensure visual content aligns seamlessly with copy and brand messaging.Monitor published content, report potential issues and suggest optimizations for workflow and performance.
