Your Opportunity: As a Manager, Planning & Retail Controlling, you will be part of the Global FP&A team with a strong focus on the Retail channel. You will be responsible for the preparation of the reports in order to monitor the Brand performances, the financial forecast/budget for the company and the profitability analysis by Region and Channel. You will also support senior management, providing both recurring reports and in-depth analysis by working cross functionally across divisions/regions. Your Contribution: Retail sales monitoring on a daily and weekly basis: Daily reports, Intra weekly tracker and Weekly Dashboard (stretch vs finance); KPI's analysis (like-for-like; sales per sqm, rental and personnel cost), P&L by DOS; Monitoring Retail profitability, focusing on channels and seasonality; Monitoring and supervision of the global retail network (openings, closures, renovations, relocations) in conjunction with the regional team and the store development team; Support the top Management with presentations, dashboards and performance indicators on all relevant projects; Manage process for financial forecasting, budgets and monthly rolling forecast in accordance with the Capri Holdings deadlines; Supporting the preparation of Earning release analysis requested by the Holding Assisting in Monthly and Quarterly closings and provide comments and analysis vs budgets; Carry out regular business performance analysis, analysing variances from budget/forecast, with focus on subsidiaries in conjunction with the OPEX controlling and consolidation teams; Contribution margin analysis by channel/region/brand; CAPEX Request analysis and review after Regions proposal; Assist the Merchandising/Planning Department for the Sales Plan and OTB definition; Performing ad hoc analysis and other controlling tasks. Your Skills: Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred); 6-8 years' experience as business controller, consulting or audit; 7 to 10 years of related working experience in a multinational corporate environment, consulting or audit, including at least 3 years of relevant Controlling work experience; Background of experience in a Fashion/Luxury company is a plus; Fluent in English; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Experience with Planning tool/software, Hyperion and Tagetik a plus; Experience with business intelligence tools such as OBIEE and PowereBI is a plus; Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills; Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with stakeholders at all levels of management; Able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities and still contribute thoughtful and high-quality work products; Proactive and able to show initiative to constantly improve processes in partnership with other departments. You will coordinate the Retail Planners across all product lines, ensuring process accuracy, proper timelines, and high-quality results.
