Your Opportunity: The Industrial Inventory Controller will report to the Inventory Controlling Manager in the Finance team. Your Contribution: INVENTORY MOVEMENTS: Ensure all merchandise flows are correctly invoiced and booked Supervise all production orders/work orders are correctly managed and closed on time in collaborations with buying and production planning departments Supervise and coordinate inventory count processes, ensuring correct management in the transactional system STOCK VALORIZATION AND MONTH END CLOSING: Ensure period cost calculation process (manufacturing and purchasing) for Industrial Area. Cost variations analysis Ensure stock in transit, including sales and returns cut off, is properly monitored and confirmed on a monthly basis Overheads calculation and monitoring Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of month end close activities for inventory, related inventory reserve and COGS including account reconciliations and roll-forward/back. Ensure that the depreciation policy is properly applied/calculated and provide monthly analysis on delta vs last calculation Ensure the standard gross margin is properly calculated and provides monthly analysis, including reconciliation between statutory and analytical balance sheet Prepare Group reporting on stock CONTROL REPORTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES: Provide monthly reporting on inventory quality by season and by product category and/or by movement type Control monthly stock on hand in corporate and distributive warehouses Manage the effective application of internal procedures related to inventory management with Industrial Operations and other corporate functions Guarantee monitoring of stock level and support the Business on stock disposal Support the Production Team providing information about slow moving materials in order to push production activities or disposal/destruction activities Audit support during stock take period Your Skills: 5/6 years of experience in Industrial Inventory Controlling Good accounting and finance foundation surrounding inventory and COGS Computer skills: very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel ; BI tools ; Stealth3000 is a plus English: Good Knowledge Good relationships skills, social intelligence, teamwork and positive approach Good organisation, problem solving and analytical skills.
