Your Opportunity: The Global Media Coordinator will support the Global Paid Media Licenses team in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing all media campaigns for licensed categories, as well as overseeing the production of related campaign assets. This role requires strong numerical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities when collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. Your Contribution: Support the creation and sharing of media briefs with agencies, both offline and online Assist in evaluating media plans proposed by both agencies and licensees Manage relationships with licensees (Eyewear, Watches, Home, and Fragrances), ensuring partners' requests and inputs are well understood and providing the appropriate support Oversee the full setup of media campaigns, coordinating with all vendors involved in the production chain (offline materials, digital adaptations, copy translations, etc.) Collaborate regularly with Performance Marketing, Creative, PR, and E-Commerce teams to ensure the right support for each activity Ensure media campaigns go live accurately and on time across all channels In collaboration with media agencies, monitor campaign performance, collect justifications and reports, and deliver post-campaign presentations to both internal and external stakeholders Contribute to the development of media presentations for recurring internal meetings Coordinate with regional colleagues, providing support for ongoing activities as needed Coordinate the production of offline and online assets for seasonal advertising campaigns Act as a liaison between external partners (production agencies, media agencies, media partners, etc.) and internal stakeholders (Performance Marketing, Creative, PR, and E-Commerce teams) Support administrative tasks related to order processing, payment flows, and budget reconciliation Main Stakeholders Internal Global Social/E-Com/Performance/Product Marketing/Creative/PR teams Regional Marketing & Communication teams Global Finance/Procurement/Legal Departments External Global/Local Media Agencies Key Media Partners Your Skills: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the Fashion, Luxury, or Beauty industries and/or in a media agency Bachelor's degree in marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus Strong analytical skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines A collaborative, team-oriented mindset combined with strong interpersonal skills Diversity and inclusion are integral to Versace's DNA.     Per importante azienda del settore moda e lusso che si occupa di progettare e creare brand di scarpe, cerchiamo nr. 1 Press Office Product Specialist appartenente alle categorie protette ( L.68/99) che si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti mansioni :  Dirigere il processo di prodotto in conformità con la pianificazione della produzione del brand e gestire le tempistiche specifiche di ciascuna produzione, partendo dalla lista dei prodotti fino alla consegna finale del look e dello styling confermati e allo shooting.Guidare la gestione del magazzino dei set di campioni, in accordo con il corretto flusso logistico, per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di ciascuna produzione.Supportare durante le sessioni di shooting e gli eventi nella gestione della collezione.Gestire e coordinare tutte le richieste dei dipartimenti Prodotto/Design/Merchandising e Brand & Consumer riguardo la collezione.Guidare e coordinare il set di campioni della Produzione del Brand, dalla scheda di prodotto di ciascuna nuova collezione fino allo stoccaggio finale di ogni vecchia collezione.Luogo di lavoro : Milano (MI);Orario di lavoro : Full time, dal lunedì al venerdì;Contratto diretto in azienda, retribuzione e inquadramento verranno commisurati al profilo del candidato.
