Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Wholesale Support Intern to join our Wholesale team. The ideal candidate has a commercial mindset, strong numerical skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in wholesale business and showroom environment. Reporting to the Senior Wholesale Manager Southern Europe, you will support day-to-day sales operations, reporting, and client interactions, working closely with the Wholesale and Customer Service teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support Assist with order entry, confirmations, and client follow-ups Manage daily client requests (e.g. product information, availability) Support reorders and swaps: extract stock lists and format proposals Assist with returns tracking and coordination Follow up on Visual Merchandising (VM) activities for Franchise partners Maintain and update internal databases Reporting & Analysis Track sell-through performance by account and region Help compile monthly sales reports Analyze sell-through data to identify trends, bestsellers, and slow movers Upload and validate data on internal platforms (e.g. PreWarp) Support the creation of ad-hoc sales presentations and decks Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational background in Business, Fashion Management or similar Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PPT Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Excellent communication skills and confident attitude Previous experience in a showroom environment or client-facing role is a plus Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus Soft Skills: Commercially driven and proactive Organized, precise, and comfortable working with numbers Able to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines A team player who interacts effectively with different departments (e.g. Customer Service) Curious, energetic and eager to learn We welcome people with disabilities and endeavour to make reasonable adjustments, if you do require such adjustments please let us know within 48 hours of your interview.
