    In qualità di Country Manager - Italia, sarai responsabile del reclutamento, della supervisione e della gestione dei team di Back Office e Floor di Arlettie Milano. Sarai, inoltre, coinvolto nello sviluppo commerciale e nella gestione finanziaria della nostra filiale Arlettie Milano. In qualità di vero e proprio ambasciatore di Arlettie, le responsabilità includono: Supervisione dell'evento: Con il supporto di Account Managers dedicati e il tuo Retail team: • Assicurare l'esecuzione impeccabile di ogni evento (Dalla consegna dell'offerta alla gestione degli articoli rimanenti, mantenendo una qualità impeccabile dell'inventario, il rispetto di elevati standard di merchandising e la gestione dell'affluenza dei clienti...) • Costruire e mantenere le relazioni e la soddisfazione del marchio. • Monitoraggio dei KPI per ogni evento. • Implementare e monitorare i processi e gli standard di vendita al dettaglio del gruppo. • Supervisionare le operazioni dello showroom e garantire la perfetta presentazione del nostro spazio: • Monitoraggio del cantiere. • Miglioramento dello showroom. • Gestione dei rapporti con I fornitori di servizi esterni. • Supervisione della manutenzione dello showroom. Sviluppo Commerciale : • Gestione del team di Business Development in coordinamento con il team di Business Development, del gruppo, a Parigi e con i Dirigenti di Arlettie. • Partecipazione attiva alle prospettive strategiche. • Negoziazione con i futuri partner fino alla firma del contratto di servizio. • Contribuire attivamente alla costruzione e all'ottimizzazione del nostro calendario di vendita degli eventi. Supervisione del team Marketing e Membership (3 persone): • Definizione strategica dei piani d'azione del CRM. • Supervisione dell'implementazione operativa e della gestione dei dati. • Ottimizzazione degli strumenti di marketing in collaborazione con il nostro dipartimento IT. • Monitoraggio dello sviluppo degli abbonamenti per i membri e i VIP. Guidare la gestione dell'azienda: • Elaborazione delle previsioni del budget annuale in collaborazione con la Direzione. • Monitoraggio del budget realizzato durante l'anno. • Confronto del P&L per ogni vendita rispetto al budget previsto. • Riconciliare i dati e i risultati a fine anno. • Fornire relazioni periodiche ai Dirigenti di Arlettie e al dipartimento finanziario. Gestione delle Risorse Umane: • Gestione del responsabile delle Risorse Umane. • Monitoraggio delle spese rispetto al budget per ogni evento. • Gestione dell'integrazione dei nuovi collaboratori del back-office. • Partecipare attivamente all'elaborazione dell'organigramma perfetto (e dunque al reclutamento).
