Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

The wholesale coordinator manages sales teams and develops strategies to contribute to the growth and profitability of the business. He/she has to define and secure the results of the sales campaign, the invoicing process and the credit recovery.
He/she needs to manage and develop existing accounts and to identify and convert new potential ones. Analysing performances and monitoring competitor activities and market trends will allow him/her to find new opportunities to improve and develop the business.
He/she will have to cooperate with the HQ to put in place or adapt the procedures to our market needs.

•Define targets (bottom-up with agents) and in-season reviewed forecasts
•Manage the sales force (4 agents + 1 employee)
•Monitor the sales campaign progression and define potential action plans
•Visit agents and clients to understand their needs and “own the business”
•Monitor the market trends through our sales force and our clients
•Participate to product meetings to give a concrete feedback on the collections
•Work closely with the credit department to respect the clients’ payment plans
•Coordinate 2 customer service assistants on their daily activities (communications with agents/clients)
•Cooperate with the HQ to adapt the central procedures to our market
