- Coach the team on sales strategies and clienteling techniques

- An excellent brand representative, who has passion and ideal experience to provide an excellent customer service, confident in connecting with clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize store profitability
- Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement
- Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in premium RTW environment
- English language required, French is a plus
- Salary up to €35K based on experience
