Main tasks and activities
- Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, develop forecast data based on trends and demand patterns, develop ad hoc forecast models and evaluate forecast results
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance (weekly if needed)
- Work with the team to project and set appropriate TSL (target stock level) at store/sku level
- Support the Implementation of new/additional features on the Demand forecasting tool, with the goal of making the process smooth and streamlined
- Support the implementations of solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
- Support ad hoc and daily Allocation activities (new tool roll out) from HQ towards regions

Qualifications and requirements
- Graduate and/or Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, with a strong academic performance
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team oriented with a pro-active and determined attitude
- Open-minded, curious, methodical and endowed with a sound analytical approach
- Strong IT skills: MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP will be a plus
- Fluent in English
