Position: STAGE CORPORATE LEARNING

Reports to: CORPORATE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER



Main Duties and Responsibilities:
-Organize training classes taking care of participants invitations, room set-up, handouts and training material preparation
-Manage the online booking system (SAP Success Sactors) for training sessions by scheduling classes, monitoring subscriptions and sending outlook confirmation to the enrolled employees.
-Arrange appointments for one-week Induction Programs for new joining managers.
-Prepare Powerpoint presentations on training programs and employer branding projects
-Update the training plan.
-Manage and archive invoices and administrative documents to allow the monitoring of the training budget.
-Support the Corporate Learning and Development Manager in organizing HR communities and further HR and Corporate Training events.

Profilo

Profile:

- Bacherlor or Master's degree in economics or humanistic disciplinces
- Proficient use of Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Precision, commitment, sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
