For an important leading company in the Sports and Events market, Experis Srl is seeking a Sponsorship Account Manager.

The candidate reporting into the Head of Marketing Activations and is responsible for maintaining a strong and successful relationship with the partners which have been assigned to him and for deploying the Marketing Activations Department strategy
Key responsibilities and main tasks and activities:
The Sponsorship Account Manager acts within the company on behalf of the partner, proactively managing the relationship with Sponsors support the partner in every aspects of the partnership activations which are likely to include: advertising and communications, media relations, content development, marketing, and social media. Managing rapports with contact of the partner and work with all needed internal stakeholder coordinating the management of sponsor requests, ensuring opportunities respond to client objectives without compromising the brand Collaboration and co-ordination with communications department to ensure sponsor activation and content are in line with brand values and guidelines.
Key skills and competencies: Client and negotiation multi-stakeholder management public relations marketing project management technical understanding business development attention to detail problem solving commercial awareness ability to continuously monitoring Partners ROI and to suggest actions for improvement, including sharing best practices.


Substantial experience in Marketing Activations, preferably in Sports Marketing and/or in a multinational company (5 years).
English fluency.
Very good communication skills (written and oral) in English.
Very good knowledge of main Marketing levers, channels and activities.
Very good knowledge of metrics of ROI in sponsorships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
