We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee the full production process of our shoes collection. You will manage all production phases for mens', womens' and kids' shoes, ensuring all products meet cost, quality, and brand objectives.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee raw materials and accessories requirements and stock availability to guarantee the demand plan
- Create production books for suppliers with fitting notes and packaging and labeling guidelines
- Precise and constant monitoring and analysis of assigned orders
- Organize and participate in production fittings, quality checks, and fit of products together with the product department and external suppliers
- Manage the shipment of samples and coordinate the delivery of production to the warehouse ensuring strict deadlines are met
- Enter data into ERP and PLM systems updating and archiving documents
- Liaise with the product development team and build and manage relationships with suppliers

- 10+ year's experience in a similar position preferably with both sneakers and formal shoes
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Extensive network of suppliers with experience managing them
- Excellent communication skills
- Good level of English and Italian, written and spoken
- Attention to detail with accuracy and clarity in the preparation of documents
- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
- Available for national and international travel
