Main duties:
As the Patrizia Pepe Retail Planner, reporting directly to our Buying Manager, you will support the Retail Buying Team with the focus to maximize the retail sell-through and minimize end of season markdowns.
You will review forecasts, use past performance to make projections, and manage inventory to maximize profitability.

The Role:
-To support the planning and the reporting activities with quantitative and qualitative analysis;
-To assist the sale campaign and support/challenge merchandisers with analysis;-To support the Buyers in all areas, including sales tracking and analysis;
-To develop, maintain and update IT tools, reports, etc to respond to business needs of the business;
-To work closely with the Buying in the season to maximise re-order opportunities and minimise end of season markdowns;
-To support guidelines for the Buying plans (Target Sell-Through, Month of Stock Coverage, Split by Collection etc.) according to the strategy of the company;
-To work in conjunction with the Buying department in chasing deliveries or new season buying;
-To deliver and update reports and presentations for Buying Planning Area on a weekly/monthly basis;
-To deliver ad-hoc analysis and monitor inventory flow;
-To guarantee the carrying out of Stores inventory procedures;
-To update systems to maintain accurate history for analysis;
-To support Retail Organization and Buying Office with data and analysis, draw conclusions about opportunities/ liabilities and follow through to execution;
-To provide information regarding delivery statuses, encountered issues and performance;
-To track orders through the relevant systems and management.


The Candidate:
-Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) is essential;
-Fluent level of English (written and spoken) is essential
-Strong ability in Excel, and Powerpoint;
-Strong numerical, analytical and interpretive skills;
-Able to fully utilize the relevant IT support systems;
-Knowledge of market and trends;
-Strong verbal communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team;
-Communicating clearly, appropriately and effectively with colleagues (on all levels);
-Commercially driven;
-Able to work under pressure;
-Keep attention to detail;
-Positive attitude.
