We are looking for a Regional Commercial Trainer able to support us grow our business by following and managing the commercial store organization across the Sinsay Italian market.


As a Regional Commercial Trainer, reporting to the Regional Commercial Trainer Leader, you will be responsible for conducting training of the functional team of the new stores achieving the sales target and focusing on the brand image. This is a fast-paced, extremely detail-oriented role involving managing different teams, communication with all the internal departments and managing the KPIs and the sales results in accordance with the target.

THE REGIONAL COMMERCIAL TRAINER for SINSAY
  • Supporting and training of Regional Sales Managers in field of commercial store organization and work organization of the store teams with focus on visual merchandising actions;
  • Providing support for Regional Sales Managers in the area of product display, ensuring the implementation and coordination of guidelines for store creation;
  • Ensuring support and trainings for store managers which will increase sales in stores;
  • Preparing and conducting of VM workshops with focus on increasing sales results in the given region
  • Support with openings of new stores or their rebuildings;
  • Maintaining Sinsay brand image in line with the brand's concept;
  • Achieving sales targets, KPIs, focus on maximize profit and minimize losses;
  • Regular monitoring and analysis of store data and sales results to draw conclusions and ensuring the correct procedure for displaying clothes in the stores and maximize sales results;
  • Monitoring of stores with the aim of focusing on the implementation of assigned tasks, stock management and promotion display;
  • Responsibility for keeping stores within standards of the company and the leatest trends;
  • Interest in the latest fashion trends and monitoring the activities of competitors;
  • Caring for the highest level of customer service and good knowledge of the company and assortment in the stores;
  • Close cooperation with HQ and with Regional Sales Managers' Teams, Onboarding Store Manager and The Opening Team;
  • Creating documents, reports and statistics and it’s sending to the management within given deadline;
  • Implementation of additional tasks given directly by supervisor;
  • Participation in trainings organized by the company;
  • Maintaining trade secrets.

Profilo

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in fashion retails, specifically in the field of VM;
  • Commercial approach;
  • Previous experience in structured and international companies;
  • Knowledge of current trends as well as competitors offer in the retail industry;
  • English at communicative and professional level;
  • Team management skills;
  • Available to travel for business trips;
  • Driver’s license (tybe B).
