Since 1995, SIDLER SA has been operating in the field of Professional Consulting, Research and Selection and Head Hunting of qualified personnel in the whole Switzerland as well as in Italy and overall Europe.

To join our main Office in Ticino, we are now recruiting the following profile:


Essential duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for research and selection assignments both from International and Local Companies
Search, scouting, head hunting of new potential candidates, feeling comfortable with use of social networks, DataBase, web platforms such as Linkedin, Experteer, Facebook, etc
Full responsibility of all administrative and back office tasks and activities, referred to the role
Networking and PR activity
Screening of CVs
Interviews with Candidates (both in english or italian)
Business development activities and management of relations with client companies from the briefing collection to the final placement
Market analysis and regular monitoring of new Business possibilities


The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
  • University Degree, preferably in Economics or Foreign Languages
  • Proven experience in the above-mentioned role, inside a Recruitment Bureau / Head Hunting Company
  • Advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
  • Mastery of German and/or French will be considered more than an asset
  • Target age: 25 - 35
  • Entrepreneurship, deep motivation, management and organization skills complete the ideal profile
  • Hard worker, willing to succeed
