Role Overview
The Receptionist & Office Assistant is part of the Facility Team based at the Novara office. The resource will report to the Facility Manager and will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support.
This role is a fixed-term position of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and packages, shipments efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Oversee the booking and management of the pool car, managing booking, key handling and ensuring compliance with company policy.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide with general administrative tasks, including meeting room bookings and internal communications.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Flexibility and ability to work according to priorities;
- Excellent teamwork and collaborations skills.;
- Solid Microsoft office knowledge: (Excel, Word, Power point);
- Good knowledge of English.
