AMINA MUADDI is seeking for a full-time Product Manager to join their team. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to manage and coordinate the product development and production processes.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that new products are moving through the stage-gate process on time and to budget
  • Optimization of the development of the products with the Design team
  • Managing the product development phase (protos, samples, etc.)
  • Structure pricing strategy to ensure that all new products to market have strong margins for the brand and that the final retail positioning is in line with competitor
  • Management of the suppliers sourcing process
  • Managing the calendar and timing in order to respect the deadlines (production, sales campaign, etc.)
  • Work closely with suppliers and factories in Italy, continuously travelling to visit them and maintaining good relationships
  • Oversee the set-up and implementation of quality assurance protocols
  • Support the team to develop new concepts for packaging and sourcing with third-party suppliers
  • Occasionally attend materials/components tradeshows and fairs


Essential Qualifications:
•More than 5 years of experience in the footwear and accessories luxury industry
•Effective negotiation skills
•Strong organizational and analytical skills
•Extensive knowledge of materials and processes
•Ability to combine information from sales and production data with fashion forecasts and translate into smart product-line decisions
•Proactive, serious and motivated
•Passion for the fashion industry
•Base in Italy but extensive travel to Paris
•Italian speaker and fluent in English (French is a plus)
