Important Fahion&Luxury Company is looking for an Office Coordinator for Creative and Haute Couture Department.

Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

Administration Duties:

• Ensures administration procedures and timing are respected
• Ensures managerial documents are duly filed
• Checks invoices and get sign-off approval
• Orders and monitors stationery supplies
• Coordinates all travel related activities of the department ensuring the respect of the Company procedures
• Guarantees the full transfer of guidelines, information and updates to Staff


- High School Certificate or Degree in accounting / finance / economics
- Minimum 2-years of relevant experience in similar role
- Good excel skills 
- Details oriented
- Product understanding and passion in Fahion&Luxury
