§Develop and execute the global product strategy for FTW

§Interpret market needs/ trends and contribute to the identification of various customer targets: evaluating lifestyle. attitude, behavior and spending capacity of luxury consumers

§Undertake and ensure the execution of global competitive analysis (product mix and pricing), sales analysis (sell-in and sell-out for all Regions) and contributes to the pricing strategy in line with the consumer segmentation definitions and profit goals

§Develop the merchandising mix and management of the "merchandising grid", which defines the offer structure of each collection in terms of breadth, depth and the positioning of each relevant product, using market analysis to predict trends and lead product direction.

§Collaborate with the Design Team in the development of collections, in order to find the optimal balance between design vision and commercial goals, taking into consideration regional consumer needs

§Define and propose the carryover product list and mark-down list, in close collaboration with the Retail Buying team

§Oversee and manage the development of Product Training (Retail Excellence)

§Prepare and deliver collection presentations/ training for buyers and sales team

§Undertake post sales campaign reporting and sell in comments

§Contribute to assure the appropriate development of product specifications and functionality

§Assure product delivery priorities in line with local commercial needs and market strategy

§Overall Margin responsibility

§Monitor sales feedback, through all sales channels, and ensure that corrective action is taken

Profilo

Working under the lead of the Creative Director and in collaboration with the Design Team and Operations/Production Department, playing an instrumental role in driving the Footwear category growth goals and profit margins.

Responsible for defining and executing the category's strategy in order to develop collections in line with the overall product strategy, brand image, fashion vision, quality standards, and worldwide market needs.
