Four Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialized in recruiting high profile professionals in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle markets. On behalf of an important Cosmetics Company, we are now looking for a:
 
Marketing Manager – Fragrances
 
The Marketing Manager, reporting to the Brand Manager, will ensure that the Company’s Consumer Message is aligned and clear in all Consumer Touch Points.

MAIN TASKS:
Marketing Plan for Brand Building:
  • Building the 360° marketing plan for the brand and defining KPIs in coordination with Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Consumer Engagement;
  • Profiling consumers, adapting global guidelines to local reality;
  • Defining the Consumer Journey according to the profiled targets;
  • Defining the advertising and distribution mix;
  • Adapting the marketing plan according to sales performance, trends, competitors and social media metrics;

Marketing Strategy through Strategy Insights & Solutions:
  • Developing reports and analysis for all initiatives, with attention to A&P ROI, in order to improve marketing effectiveness;
  • Defining and presents regional marketing plans, ensuring their effective implementation;
  • Marketing calendar implementation;

Budgeting:
  • Managing Marketing budget, reviewing P&L on a monthly basis;
  • Defining A&P budget and optimizing it.
 

REQUIREMENTS:
  • University Degree in Marketing or equivalent;
  • 8-10 years Marketing experience in a retail / cosmetics / luxury goods or FMCG arena;
  • Fluent English and Italian;
  • Strong strategic accountability in marketing;
  • Strong digital understanding, with interest in trends and new technology;
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team and interface with international markets;
  • Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders; excellent analytical and decision making skills; willingness to lead, test, learn and challenge the status quo;
  • Strategic thinking, talent and capabilities development, learning agility, introducing innovation, excellence in execution.
