Four Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialized in recruiting high-profile professionals in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a Luxury Fashion Brand, we are now looking for a:
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be responsible to define the Client strategy for the stores.
You will have a strong collaboration with the EMEA Marketing Director and the EMEA Digital Team.
You will have the ownership and responsibility with your team of leading and implementing all global and local clienteling and events for the brand’s retail network.
You will work in close contact with the retail teams to develop initiatives and concrete actions in-store, to grow our business, while actively capitalizing on different tools to develop existing or prospective Client’s loyalty to the brand.
You have strong relational skills and are comfortable in building relations with internal and external stakeholders and interacting with people with different cultures.
Responsibilities
• Develop and share the Client’s knowledge:
• Define action plans for loyalty and recruitment of clients and prospects;
• Follow-up and monitoring of KPIs.
• Develop, monitor, and improve the In-Store Client Experience:
• Optimize the quality of Client Experience at the store level in strong collaboration with the Training/Operations Department;
• Be proactive and innovative in Client Experiences & services, listening to the needs of the boutiques.
• Define the Events plan:
• Define the Clients events strategy leveraging on KPIs Marketing and construction of the budget;
• Define the Events Calendar by boutique and by Clients target;
• Develop new initiatives for Local Events in order to answer Clients’ and Boutiques’ requests.
• Manage a team of 3 persons in the subsidiary and (dotted line) in boutiques;
• Strong collaboration with PR and Media Departments to ensure the coherence and alignment of the Image events.

Profilo
Requirements
• Business School or BA graduate;
• +5 years of working experience and in luxury retail;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment;
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
• MS Office proficiency;
• Fluent Italian & English is mandatory, French is a plus.
