Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)
Job Description
• Lead and manage on changes in the law impacting the territory across all multi-channel business (retail, wholesale and ecommerce)
• Lead and manage property portfolio in retail, foreign branches and HQ
• Support all commercial legal matters;
• Review and be accountable for all marketing, advertising and promotional materials within the territory;
• Actively manage and maintain legal budget within territory.;
• Be accountable on the local implementation of the WW compliance programmes in Data privacy, Antitrust & Anti-Corruption;
• Advise on day to day Data privacy, antitrust and commercial matters within the territory across multi-channel business and brands;
• Work in partnership with the Regulatory team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements of government agencies;
• Manage external counsel, oversee workstreams and manage costs to budget;
• Manage litigation files. Accountable for local settlement negotiations, strategy.
Profilo
- Qualified Lawyer in Italy– over 7 years’ experience in-house retail – industry sectors or in international primarily law firms;
- Strong experience in labor law and in commercial agents agreements;
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team. Operated at a senior management level – local board level and supporting key decision making;
- Strong communicator ;
- Experience of negotiating commercial agreements, litigation settlements;
- Demonstrates experience of developing and delivering legal training as well as producing tools to support compliance and risk management;
- Proven experience in project management and leadership.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates an awareness of the balance between internal and external advisors.
