- Organizing leasing team meetings;
- Preparing presentations based on provided materials and data;
- Maintaining internal documentation related to leasing procedures;
- Filling out additional data needed to complete projects;
- Preparing reports based on industry market information;
- Ensuring the correctness and consistency of data.
Profilo
- You have at last 2-3 years of professional experience in real estate and commercial expansions;
- You have analytical and logical thinking skills;
- You have excellent communication skills communicative;
- You are able to work in team and under time pressure;
- You have an excellent knowledge of the English language;
- You have a good knowledge of the Excel;
- You are committed to carrying out assigned tasks;
- You demonstrate initiative and effectiveness in solving problems and implementing changes;
- You know how to organize your work in an independent and structured way.
