-Manage local suppliers as requested to support business users and guarantee normal business operations (e.g. in Retail stores)
-Review proposals from suppliers and confirm/validate invoices on a monthly basis
-Organize work, prioritize activities, and communicate effectively progress on key activities to upper management
-Monitor the internal ticketing systems and lead the resolution of these tickets within acceptable Service Level Agreements
-Provide remote hands-on support, communicate resolution when applicable, and respond to any queries in a timely manner whether in person or remotely
-Escalate support requests to Pronovias’ Helpdesk when they cannot be completed locally
-Create user accounts, manage permissions and passwords
-Provide telephone and email support to Retail stores, external warehouse, and other locations
-Support the in-house team with basic requests (i. Changing printer toner, replacing cables, setting up projectors, moving computers, mobile devices etc..)
-Reports hierarchically to the Operations Director based in Centallo and functionally to the Infrastructure Manager based in HQ in Spain
-Operate and administrate the local infrastructure (servers, storage, backups, routers, firewalls) in accordance of the directives of the HQ in Spain.
-Follow the IT Security guidelines established by the CISO in Spain.
-Proven 4-5 years of experience as IT help desk technician – he incrementado los años
-Ability to work in high-stress and demanding environments is a must
-Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, database and remote control
-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
-Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
-Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus, no creo que haga falta este nivel.
-Proficiency in excel, pivot table, SQL database, power point, deseable, pero no necesario.
-Experience in a Retail environment is a plus
-Excellent communication skills
-Knowledge of Infor M3 is a plus
-availability to travel to HQ in Spain occasionally
