- Track, archive and analyze all media coverage
- Update and maintain calendars of events, editorial deadlines and releases
- Manage sample trafficking, logistics and press requests
- Compile press coverage reports and save daily press clippings
- Liaise with the publications to facilitate sample loans and credit requests
- Support in the planning an execution of events and Shows
- Build and maintain target media and KOL database
