Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

As In Store Trainer, you will be a role model for the colleagues in store, being partner of the Store Management to ensure that highest standards will be embedded by the Sales Team on the shop floor, coaching and empowering them in relational and sales skills to ensure the most memorable customer experience.

The In Store Trainer is responsible for:
  • Liaise with the Store Management and the Training Manager to plan and implement In-store programs, ensuring consistency, proper deployment and involvement of all target participants based on store focus and needs.
  • Follow up on the trainings provided to ensure the key knowledge is well delivered to the whole team and to secure a continuous learning experience.
  • Execute newcomers’ induction program, be a guide and keep track of their progress and support need.
  • Maintain updated track records of training participants, materials and tools that have been used for each training session or learning experience.
  • Make regular reports for management reviews on training effectiveness, evaluate training result, monitor post-training action plans, maintain and update employee training records.
  • Be able to use and suggest new formats, experience e-learning and new tools, innovating the methodology and delivery.
  • Provide on-floor coaching and guidance to staff who requires improvement in service capability, drive talent development initiative.
  • Excel as Role Model of Hermès values and culture for all members of the team, embodying brand image and showing highest integrity and ethical behavior.

Profilo

Must have:
  • Ideally, the candidate will be qualified from a Business School, preferably in Humanistic/Business administration. Master or specialized training regarding training management and coaching is appreciated.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail activities in international retail contexts or service-oriented companies, where the candidate was involved in training and management activities.
  • Outgoing and balanced personality, good emphatic, social and communication skills, ability to work in autonomy as well as a proactive, professional and positive attitude.
  • Good understanding of luxury brands and Hermès culture: understand the peculiarity of Hermès in Retail Industry.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills and ability to develop professional behaviors and high level of sales and customer service attitude.
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office, excel and Power point.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken. Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
  • Dedication to outstanding level of service, accuracy, diplomatic skills and discretion complete the profile.
