Head of Digital Marketing


Four Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialized in recruiting high-profile professionals in the Fashion, Luxury, and Lifestyle markets. On behalf of an important Luxury Firm, we are now looking for a:
Head of Digital Marketing
The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for the overall business development of a high growth Ecommerce & Brand activation platform.

Main responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop global online & direct sales;
  • Full P&L responsibility with the aim to deliver double-digit revenue growth along with being a strong digital advocate within the business;
  • Work closely with retail & wholesale teams to create and ensure a full Omnichannel experience through customer journey and experience;
  • Full ownership of end-to-end experience including digital marketing, analytics, operations and team leadership;
  • Working closely with the Merchandising team to ensure the online offer is in line with customer needs;
  • Devise the CRM strategy for the business and in close collaboration with the Head of IT, lead the implementation;
  • Drive brand awareness in key markets. Devise specific strategies to increase the international client base, leveraging the brands pedigree and credentials;
  • Develop and own overall digital marketing strategy for the business, which articulates the brand vision and viewpoint, based on knowledge of brand objectives, consumer and luxury marketplace;
  • Oversee press and PR strategy delivering a program of compelling and engaging PR digital campaigns and digital events, which capture both media and customer attention and ensure increased exposure for the brand;
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports by country with insight into sales achievements, traffic generation, conversion including risks and opportunities;
  • Provide leadership, management and motivation to the team;    
  • Create a positive and supportive culture to drive learning, brand appreciation and a desire to succeed.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within a Fashion/Luxury company;
  • Demonstrated expertise in and knowledge of digital advertising, media planning/buying and industry trends;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and managerial skills;
  • Both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player; 
  • Ability to translate data to media performance;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of Google and Facebook products/analytics;
  • Professional proficiency in English.
