Guess Handbags design team is seeking a Senior handbag designer for our Design Studio in central Florence.
Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)
-Must have a minimum of 5-10 years handbag design experience designing for fashion handbag brands.
-Perfect knowledge of written english and spoken italian.
-Perfect knowledge of written english and spoken italian.
Profilo
-Must have strong sketch abilities by hand.
--Excellent knowledge of technical / design specifications and construction of handbags as well as ability to do exact shapes and address technical specifications in english language to factories in China.
-Good technical knowledge of hardware design and bag contruction.
-Ability to do renderings and cads.
-Excellent capabilities with photoshop, illustrator and rhinoceros.(preferred)
-Must be self motivated and pro active with the ability to work within a team as well as take initiative and complete projects, without technical help.
-Needs to be fast, dynamic and full of energy.
-Extremely creative and strong sensibility to newness, direction and trends.
-Good understanding and interpretation of the fashion trends and translate this to an appropriate product.
-Must have adaptability , sense of urgency and creative passion.
-A strong fashion sense of color and material and ability to interpret trends.
-Possesses creative and innovative way of thinking.
-Stay up to date with new styles in the market-competitive brands as well as luxury.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all levels.
-Excellent organizational skills with the attention to detail.
-Ability to handle multiple projects with the same degree of priority.
-Sensitivity to strict schedules and flexible to make changes within tight deadlines.
-We are not looking for a classic, missy, basic designer.
