Job Description

The role:

The Global Client Relations & Development Team is seeking a Global Digital Client Development Coordinator to oversee and drive the client development strategy for the clients engaging with Gucci.com.

The role is based in Milan/Florence, home to many corporate departments of our company.

With a global scope their key activities include:
* Innovate and enhance Gucci’s client development strategy through the introduction of retention and surprise&delight initiatives, following a test, learn and scale approach
* Build a dedicated strategy for top clients around exclusive and relevant services as well as surprise & delight experiences
* Partner with Regional and eCommerce teams to effectively localize these initiatives while guaranteeing consistency with the global client development strategy and in full alignment with the brand vision
* Leverage client and digital insights (both qualitative and quantitative), to drive an ongoing improvement of client journeys on Gucci.com and experiences, positively impacting registration and log in, frequency, retention and LTV
* Work with and support the Digital team in leveraging personalization at scale functionalities to tailor client journeys on Gucci.com and hereby contribute in making them seamless across channels

The Global Digital Client Development Coordinator has continuous interaction with the rest of the Client Engagement corporate teams, as well as with the regional CRM counterparts and several key channel stakeholders.

Things that should be in your background: 
* Successful studies in Business management, Marketing and Digital Communications
* At least 5 years experience in similar context
* Sound understanding of client tracking and content personalization methodologies (i.e. Google or Adobe Analytics, Precision Marketing, Product recommendation etc)
* Advanced Multivariate and ab testing techniques
* Omnichannel client journeys experience
* Ability to understand current fashion & luxury market trends and buying habits
* Fluent in English
