What you'll do:
- Responsible of the quality of Customer Data Base;
- Responsible of the in-store trainings for CRM/Clienteling culture spreading;
- Develop customers data analysis in order to provide customer insights to other teams and to top management, based on recurrent or ad-hoc needs;
- Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports on sales, retail targets, seller targets, data collection online and offline, digital campaigns results, etc.
- Database segmentation, in order to target marketing activities appropriately;
- Monitor and analyse stores/sellers’ performances and CRM/Clienteling KPIs;
- Coordinate in-store data collection tactics and loyalty programs, delighting events and brand awareness activities;
- Work and communicate cross functionally and to top management.
Profilo
Skills & Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the same or similar role (experience in the luxury industry will be considered as a plus);
- Engineering, Economics, or Business backgrounds with the passion, skills, and experience to deliver high quality business analysis to our brand;
- Fast learner, ability to use different systems with ease; proactive mindset and propensity to take initiative anticipating needs;
- Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, and a strong ability to interpret test results and draw insights;
- Strong working knowledge of Excel;
- Good Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel processes and supporting systems;
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce solutions (CRM, MA)
- Fluency in Italian and English is required;
- Ability to handle multiple projects, activities and priorities simultaneously;
- Willingness to engage effectively across the business and with third parties, at all levels of seniority;
- Ability to understand and provide clarity on complex problems, often “on the fly”;
- Thrives in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment.
