Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important fragrances company we are looking for a:

General Manager

Reporting to the managing director/founder, the GM will be responsible for devising and ensuring the achievement of strategic, economic and operational objectives, redefining business plans with a view to growth.

Responsabilities
 

• Direct oversight of repositioning at the commercial, production and creative levels through constant monitoring of the competitive landscape;
• The synergy and interactions to stimulate sales and channel export;
• Liaise with different internal departments to identify innovative projects for overall brand strategy development;
• The KPIs definition of reporting functions and people management.

Requirements
 

• + 5 years in the role with preferably a strong experience in production processes (ideally in the beauty industry)
• Technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and coordinate business divisions and achieve targeted results.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, able to manage a fast-growing business on a daily basis and develop the organization and systems
• Fluent Italian and English is mandatory
