Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

We are looking for a role of Export Sales Manager for one of the most important Italian company specialized in design high level sector.
The candidate will be in charge of managing commercial activities in Emea Area.
Main activities:
  • Proactively developing / maintaining professional relationships with the customers  agents, retailers, dealers, architects, etc..) and supervising achievement of all sales targets for all assign areas.
  • Planning of the annual budget in cooperation with the direction of the company.
  • Travelling 30% of the year, doing business development, meeting new prospects, existing clients, attending fairs, and giving presentations and training on company products
  • Managing the back-office department, from the first approach to the after sales process with the customer Allocating time weekly for CRM activities, prospecting, cold calling, and studying competitors
 
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s or MSC Degree or similar qualifications
  • Fluent Italian and English
 
Experience
  • Solid experience working as Export Area Manager or similar roles in well-organized Companies operating in Design High Level Sector
 
Values behaviours critical for the role
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing on critical sales contract;
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships;
  • Sales planning;
  • Strong business sense;
  • Excellent decision-making and leadership skills;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Competences in handling stress.
