For our Europe Merchandising Department in Milan, we are looking for a Europe Buying Manager Woman Ready to Wear.
 
Job Responsibilities
Reporting directly to our Europe Merchandising Director, the person will be in charge of:

• Lead the success of the brand in the market through developing and driving a long-range business plan that meets or exceeds the company’s financial goals
• Build thoughtful assortments by store to ensure offer is consistent with global brand message while being compelling and relevant to the consumer
• Drive full-price sell-thru by ensuring allocations and stock by location are optimal
• Partner with Planning on OTB plans process management
• Set clear direction for seasonal investments and communicate with all cross-functional teams
• React with pace to capitalize on in-season opportunities and proactively suggest actions to mitigate risks
• Influence future product strategies where needed to address customer and business trends
• Partner with Visual Merchandising to promote key merchandise strategies and stock investments
• Provide clear and timely communication ensuring that the cross-functional team is aligned towards a shared vision and a common goal
• Create and maintain a cooperative and motivating team environment that promotes high performance standards and attainment of goals

Job Requirements

• A successful experience of 7 to 10 years in a similar function, ideally within a premium brand or a luxury fashion house
• Strong sensibility for ready to wear 
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a very good ability to communicate and convince
• Strong ability to present/share information in formal and informal situations: this is key to ensure the quality and the success of the role
• Ability to set priorities and manage pressure
• Fluent in English
