We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy team player to support the day-to-day operations and ongoing evolution of our E-Commerce platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and is eager to contribute across multiple areas.
- Update Homepage content and create/update Editorial Landing Pages following the Commercial Calendar
- Manage product publication and category creation and fill up following the Commercial Calendar
- Setup and monitoring of promotions (e.g. private sales, seasonal sales and special activations)
- Build and send out of newsletter email to different clusters of users
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Care teams to address any product query or issue related to orders and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist in project management initiatives
- Support in achieving the digital integration roadmap planned for the current e-commerce platform and support the interaction with our current System Integrator
- Support in transitioning to a new digital ecosystem: checking the requirements are being met and triaging bug during the developing phase

Profilo
- Recent graduate or early-career profile in Business, Marketing, Fashion or related fields
- Strong interest in e-commerce, fashion, and digital trends
- Prior experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce) will be considered a strong plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Fluent in English, additional languages will be considered a plus
