Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

Develop the Accessories Buying and Merchandising guidelines.
Define rules for the store assortment clustering and assign each store to each cluster in cooperation with DOS local merchandisers.
Guide the Buying sessions and coordinate the Local Accessories merchandisers to ensure the right product assortment for each store on the basis of stores clustering, product strategies and sales analysis at the end of each buying session.
Monitor and analyze weekly sales statistics and act to maximize selling opportunities in cooperation with local merchandisers, production and logistics.
Follow assortment and set up of store openings in cooperation with Product Visual Merchandising.
Ensure a strong cooperation with Product Visual Merchandising and Visual Merchandising team.
Guarantee the continuous collection of information and feedback from local sales structures.
Provide feedback to Accessories Business Unit to develop future collections according to different markets and consumer needs.
Supervise the organization of end of season sales and outlet and support the organization of Friends & Family and other special sales initiatives, if needed.
Make sure all necessary reporting is available in order to take business decisions.
Work closely with Supply Chain on stock/production related issue.
Cooperate closely with Distribution Planning to ensure distribution strategy in line with business needs and trends.

Technical skills:

•Economics degree
•Up-to-date with the latest Fashion Accessories trends and best practices
•Knowledge of the relevant market (competitors, luxury business etc.)
•Knowledge of Retail network at worldwide level
•Knowledge of Retail processes, guidelines and procedures
•At least 5 years working experience in Retail buying/merchandising
•Project management competencies
•Fluency in English
