In this role you will report directly to the Area Manager Italy Center, and your main duties will be the following:
- Leading own retail Teams and Partners to drive sales as well as brand and retail execution across Swarovski Retail and Independent Retailers by achieving monthly/yearly budgets and targets
- Building strong relationship with the Partners and their retail teams through regular visits, follow-ups, pathway meetings and feedback loops; building a strong team and ensuring effective communication across all touch points
- Taking ownership for store performances, effectively allocating resources and refining processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions
- Managing sell-in and sell-out for dedicated Swarovski Retail and Partner stores
- Facilitating replenishments and ensuring right stock levels to drive sustainable results
- Motivating and coaching whole retail staff to ensure excellent and consistent consumer experience
- Recruiting new Partner, developing new business opportunity, in close collaboration with Distribution Manager
- Accountable for SR and IR profitability (responsible for credit management and accountable for partner cash flow)
- Providing feedback to VG Teams via the Area Manager on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideas
Profilo
We are looking for a motivated leader, who brings along the following background:
- 3/5 years of work experience in a similar role within retail environment
- Business development & customer service mindset
- Solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Demand Planning and HR on retail store level
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship building skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned Area up to 80% of working time
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
