As Customer Service Representative, you will support the Customer Service team in activities related to the order data management and customer service support.

You will be asked to contribute to solve every situation in the best way under the supervisory of the Global Sales Operations Manager - Customer Service & Transportation.

The Customer Service Representative will be in contact principally with external customers and internal ones such as Sales teams, Finance and Logistics Departments.

Your Mission

  • Ensure the customer order management, from the selling campaign period to the delivery of the product (order entry into the system, cancellations, PO entries, blocks/unlocks, discounts and notes/payment terms/freight forwarder, order control);
  • Is in charge to prepare the appropriate documentation through the system (stealth 3000);
  • Prepare follow up reports to monitor orders progression;
  • Request prepayments where needed in line with internal orders procedures;
  • Be in contact with the departments involved in the process such as Sales team, Logistics, Production Planning and Controlling, Finance, Merchandising to ensure regularity, quality and timing of the actions required to process the order and deliver the goods in the most efficient way;
  • Guarantee a stable customer service support being the reference point for every kind of request received by clients, giving them continue update on the order status and delivery timing and solving all issues related to the order (i.e. orders delivery errors or orders discrepancies);
  • Monitoring of internal flows among departments involved and reporting of any discrepancies;
  • Actively contributes to the process efficiency with a proactive approach in order to prevent/solve critical issues.

  • Excellent use of office package;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role/sector;
  • Knowledge of Stealth 3000 is a plus;
  • Flexibility, result orientation, problem solving, proactivity;
  • Accuracy, attention to detail;
  • Team spirit and ability to work in team;
  • Excellent communications skills, both written (e-mail) and verbal;
  • Good English knowledge written and verbal.
