Job Summary:
Reporting to the Concessions Director EMEA, this role will be responsible for leading the concession business in Italy and potentially in Germany, managing a network of 15 existing points of sale within department stores, with 7 new openings planned for 2025 in Italy.
The ideal candidate will drive sales performance through effective team leadership, operational oversight and alignment with the broader company strategy.
The role includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that all locations meet business objectives and maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
The Concessions Manager will lead by example, acting as a passionate ambassador of our brands across all points of sale in Italy and potentially in Germany.
This role requires a dynamic, people-first leader who fosters motivation, professionalism and excellence among teams, while also maintaining a close relationship with HR.
Strong business acumen is essential to support both sales growth and profitability.
As a key partner to the EMEA Concessions Director, this person will help implement regional strategies and optimize the presence of our brand within department store environments.
Requirements:
- Guide and support the sales team to achieve established sales targets through clear communication and regular performance follow-up.
- Supervise store staff through regular visits and ongoing interaction based on a monthly operational calendar.
- Recruit, hire and retain top-performing sales associates who align with company values and service expectations.
- Oversee operational procedures including inventory management, returns, stock counts and product replenishment.
- Ensure proper onboarding and continuous support for all staff regarding day-to-day operations (scheduling, holidays, replacements, etc.).
- Manage workforce planning across all locations, including hours tracking, holiday planning and overtime control.
- Lead and coach staff to provide exceptional customer service and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Organize regular check-ins (in person and virtual) with department store management to review performance and explore new opportunities.
- Guarantee visual merchandising standards are consistently met and train teams accordingly.

Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Retail Area Manager in the fashion industry.
- Proven track record in managing concessions within department store environments.
- Fluency in English.
- German language skills are a strong plus, as the role may evolve to include responsibilities in Germany.
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- Availability to travel regularly within Italy and potentially to Germany.
