ABOUT:
- Italian luxury house

- Serve customers accordingly to the brand selling ceremony and to give advices on general trends in the fashion world showing passion for fashion and luxury products
- Provide exceptional client service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of brand history and heritage
- Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude
- Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk
- 3+ years’ experience in premium-luxury fashion environment
- Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character and a great team player
- English language required
- Basic Salary up to €24K + Commission scheme
- Part time 24h / 32h per week
- Fix term contract until mid of March 2025
