C&B and Administration Specialist


Four Corners, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market, on behalf of an important luxury firm is looking for:

C&B and Administration Specialist

For an important luxury fashion firm, the C&B & Administration Specialist will be responsible for administering and communicating all the soft and hard benefits offered to employees and work with the payroll provider.

  • Assure monthly data records so that relevant deductions are applied correctly, working closely with the payroll provider (time control, new entries, exits, etc.)
  • Ensure the contracts’ redaction for both corporate and retail employees
  • Assure the C&B studies and plans and prepare all the files for the salary review as well as all the letters (salary/level increase and bonus)
  • Act as key contact for external providers
  • Ensure monthly data accuracy and reporting (head counts, FTE, etc.)
  • Ensure pension schemes, health, Life & disability governance
  • Communicate employee benefits, off-line and on-line
  • Present employee benefits, new initiatives, sales and discounts to employees

Additional Missions:
  • Participate in the recruitment of the interns and defined contracts of the Company,
  • Work on some training plans for the employees
  • Keep update of legislative changes and/or new regulations on labor subject

  • Previous 5/6 years’ experience in a HR administration and C&B role
  • Proactive attitude and desire to improve effectiveness
  • Confident with Payroll, Pensions, Death & disability and other employee benefits
  • Technical Skills
  • MS Office
  • Advanced Excel Detail oriented and strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English
