Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

The Buyers’ Administrator Intern will support and assist the Retail Buyers & Buyer’s Administrators in the whole buying process and in the smooth running of the order system.
To assist the Buying Team in the following daily activities:
Market Knowledge
  • Through visits in Guess Stores and competitors
  • Understand new emerging trends
  • Keep magazines and fashion information in order
Sample Management
  • Pull out best sellers on Monday morning
  • Sample room management
  • Manage samples and build a sample library
  • Communicating Fit comments
  • Communication of Lab dips approvals
  • Consolidate orders
  • Raise orders for the buy
  • Manage critical path file/DC arrival check and advise buyer of issues
  • Use Stealth to consult the warehouse and the orders
  • Make offers for STM and collect qty from channels
  • Create and update daily the tracking database of the buying season
  • Take Mockshop photos
  • Write minutes for meetings
  • Type up Missing list for buy and save by department
  • Communication with logistics/ purchasing and pricing dept.


  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint are mandatories
  • Some experience in either a fashion retail environment or an office environment
