For an Italian luxury brand, we are looking for Business Development Manager Asia Pacific.

The role has the aim of improving and growing the business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners.

This role will work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, enhancing the operation, position and reputation of the business, building the business development strategy in the controlled areas for all distribution channels (mono-brands, shop-in-shops, corners, specialty stores, multi-brands), according to the budget plan (sales/capex), in close collaboration with the Managing Director- EMEA/APAC

The business developer manager will be looking at innovative ways to extract value from existing and new customers, finding geographically succinct ways of targeting them and building trusted relationships to facilitate opportunities in the future.

Will be working alongside other members in the company in order to oversee the partnership and its success. creating new marketing strategies, generating sales leads and also negotiating and closing deals.
•Develop and optimize relations with partners franchisee/specialty stores multi-brands in the APAC area, according to the budget guidelines annually defined for the Group;
•Identify new business partners (franchisee/specialty stores multi-brands) in the APAC area according to the budget guidelines annually defined for the Group;
•Scout new commercial partners and supporting the negotiation of the relavant contracts in the APAC area;
•Monitor the correct execution of existing contracts in the APAC area;
•Develop and present the annual business plan (sales/capex) in the APAC area, as well as the strategic and budget objectives for all markets and channels, building the related distribution plans for market/nation/brand/line/type of order, according to the budget guidelines annually defined for the Group;
•Follow-up administratively, legally and logistically all the clients/partners in the APAC area, in collaboration with the relevant Group Departments (Legal and Corporate Affairs Department, Finance Department, Technical Department, Customer Service);
•Prepare, on semestral basis, detailed reports about the activities of all the competitors in the APAC area and for each market: situation of the existing shops, new openings, pricing strategies, product strategies, media investments (advertising, co-advertising, events), various tools (visual merchandising, furnishing solutions.


  • Experience in working as business developer, creating and maintaining relationships.
  • Able to work under pressure and have the strong negotiation skills.
  • strong research skills and be able to analyse new business opportunities in order to pursue them successfully.
  • Demonstrate the experience in boosting sale/profit levels
