This position will collaborate with the Designers and Product Development / Engineering teams within our Milan office to support their daily activities and operations. This role will also be the key point person for the creation, facilitation and publishing of weekly operations reporting, supporting the Go-To-Market calendar and seasonal time and actions. As an Analyst Assistant, this role will support the development and analysis of seasonal Key Performance Indicators related to the product development process, and will be expected to provided recommendations of opportunities and/or risks that may be present based on the data analytics.

The key responsibilities are the following:
• Generate, consolidate comments and publish Weekly Operations Reports & pending deadlines
• Develop, analyze and provide the seasonal operations summary to the executive team
• Conduct trainings for PLM and NGC internal and external users in local region
• Analyze and recommend Vendor Onboarding to systems
• Support data conversion and data cleansing projects
• Act as the “first line of defense” for user questions related to how they should be using the system and operations reports for local office
• Host demo and lessons learned sessions related to system and reporting optimizations in local office
• Create “How To” click through guides for PLM and/or NGC, as needed
• Participate and support the setup and execution of a Global Master Data Governance model, including but not limited to Vendor and Supplier data

Profilo

  • Fluent reading, writing and speaking in English and Italian is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Maths
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
  • Ability to think critically and to work collaboratively with others
  • Experience in analyzing data tables and creating summaries/graphs based on data findings
  • Microsoft Office – High Proficiency with Excel Pivot Tables, Macro/VBA and Access
  • 1-2 years in a corporate workplace required, within the Apparel industry is a plus
  • Experience using a PLM system is a plus
  • Project Management experience is a plus
