For an Important cosmetic luxury brand, we are looking for Brand General Manager.

Commercial development

•Develop the sell out and ranking in the market:
•Represent the brand in the country, as key contact for Team
•Provide any support to allow the country to reach targets validated by the Europe Sales Director, recommend actions to Commercial Director to develop business and Brand according to Brand and Commercial strategy guidelines
•Report to the Europe Sales Director all business key information coming from field staff and with impact on headquarters teams (trade marketing, merchandising, training,) and impact on brand activity (local customer trends, competitive intelligence)
•Follow and analyze brand’s activity animations and launches
•Monthly report and analyze sales and activity based on KPIs (targets, animations results, presence on field, training)

Field Supervision

•Dedicate 70% of the activity to visit field staff and management team:

Develop and reinforce a strong partnership with teams
Set up and follow up of teams KPIs
Being solution oriented and provide Ad Hoc answers to field issues
Being fully involved into the marketing plan roll-out in stores
Being responsible of the staff branding (make-up, presentation, ambassador behavior) and in store excellence (services, customer experience, link with e-retail)

Budget monitoring

•P&L responsibility
•Propose recommendations and participate into pre - budgets meetings
•Manage expenses according to European budget allocation for the market (testers, gifts, temporary staff...)
•Manage and control expenses and reports to the Europe Sales Director

Education

•Participates into the operational roll-out for Ever training policy for the country

Communication and PR

•Be the key contact to promote the brands awareness among the network together with the headquarters action/help

Direct management of office staff and retail team

Communicate clear objectives to the retail team. Organize regular meetings with store managers and staff to share objectives and best practices
Oversee consistency of the Retail and Wholesales execution vs brand requirements (VM, product assortment, image)

Profilo

Education:  Economical University Degree or BA in Communications, Marketing, International Business or related.

Languages: Fluent in English

Working Experince: Sales management experience as Sales Manager/International Area Manager in the luxury industry; it’s welcomed a previous Marketing experience (product knowledge, market analysis, trade marketing).
 
Skills:  in deep knowledge of trade organization in the consumer/luxury market (especially department stores) capability to manage the main sales process (budgeting, forecasting, market analysis).
