BOUTIQUE SALES ASSISTANT_PALERMO**NEW OPENING**
Location: Palermo (Italy)
Reports to: Store Manager
Working hours: FT 40H/week
Type of Contract: **fix-term contract with strong possibilities to become permanent**
To provide an exceptional standard of customer service in the Patrizia Pepe Boutique in our new boutique at the heart of the historical city center of the beautiful Palermo.
-To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;
-To manage the promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
-To approach customers and offer them advice and support on the product to persuade them to buy;
-To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
-To develop enduring relationships with clients;
-To maximize sales for the Boutique;
-To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
-To handle returns of merchandise;
-To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
-To support the team on the general operations of the Patrizia Pepe Boutique;
-To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
-To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
-To maintain the customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
-To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
-Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;
-Good level of English (written & spoken) is essential;
-Retail or service industry essential;
-Ability to communicate and inspire customers & outlet store colleagues;
-Great customer service skills;
-Good standard of numeracy;
-Ability to work towards goals;
-Dynamic and creative.
