Job Description
We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisor who will report to the Store Director as part of our dynamic team in Roma Condotti Store.
How you will contribute?
* Guarantee a correctly run warehouse, creating and putting into practice efficient goods storage systems
* Monitor and supervise the inventory and the activity of the Stock Keepers in order to avoid losses
* Provide store management team duly sales & Stock KPI’s performance analysis
* Supervise payment procedures and manages the Cashier(s), working alongside them during payments if necessary and helping them find a solution to any problem that may occur
* Manage the administration activities such as petty cash and daily or weekly deposits with the bank
* Guarantee adequate boutique operation in terms of structure, taking care of all the details that allow the team members to carry out their job efficiently. Contact and manage non-merchandise supply (stationery, uniforms, packaging, drinks, etc.)
* Collaborate with the Facilities office to supervise all the possible maintenance and cleaning operations
* Coordinate with HQ Operations Office to manage and supervise all the operations procedure, providing regular feedback and exchange with the local Ops team to ensure alignment and timely support whenever needed
* Monitor the process of After Sales, Before Sales and product returns
* Manage cases of BV staff clothing allowance
* Identify security & H&S hazard risk, take action or report to local HQ teams if needed
* Handle in-store complicated IT issues and escalate as needed
* Supervise the corporate mobile usage in store, ensuring that all devices and required apps are properly operating
* Manages and coordinate the required permits for non-ordinary works (Maintenance, bulky deliveries…)
Who you are?
* 5 years previous experience in similar role within fashion/luxury contexts
* High attention to detail, ability to work in organized manner
* Pragmatism and good problem solving
* Availability, flexibility, team spirit
* Good level of English is mandatory
