Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

Main duties:
To provide support to the sales team managing and supervising all the operating issues such as orders control and processing, analysis and reporting, logistics and payments, customer service and in general act as an extension of the Italian and international sales team
The Role:
-To manage and control all the main operations in the commercial department as back-office and sales team support.
-To maintain relationships with international wholesale customers, showrooms, agencies and distributors.
-To contribute to the organization of each sales campaign.
-To manage and control the retailer clients’ database.
-To update all relevant internal online and offline materials and documents where required.
-To supervise and manage the whole logistics as the shipment of orders to customers.
-To be the main point of contact for general enquiries and issues.


-Fluency in Italian (written & spoken) is essential.
-Good level of English (written & spoken) is preferred.
-Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
-Knowledge of AS400 Stealth system is preferred.
-Excellent communicator, people-person.
-Very good Excel, number and analytical skills.
-Great customer service skills & problem-solving.
-Strong organisational skills.
