Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

The Candidate will join the Multisport BU (sportswear and protective gear for wintersports, bike and equestrian) and, responding to the BU Director, will plan, develop and monitor commercial activities of the reference area, achieving sales and profit objectives.

Activities are:

-Implement regional sales plans by developing field sales action strategies;
-Manage and develop the sales activities, through supervising regional sales staff and partners within the district;
-Maintain relationships with the key stakeholders throughout the region to stay abreast of countries’ needs;
-Generate and maintain Sales reports;
-Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply&demand;
-Monitor market, competitors, and end users to provide relevant reports and information to Product Management Dept.;
-Support the definition of Marketing campaigns to boost products sales and brand awareness, cooperating with the Marketing Dept.
-Analyze order collection and monitor payment in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance team.

Profilo

The ideal Candidate has a degree in economics or similar subjects and has the following characteristics:
 
  • At least 3 years in the role in Sporting Goods industry;
  • Fluency in English, a second European language is a plus;
  • Good command of the Office suite;
  • Strong commercial, interpersonal and teamworking skills;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Capacity to simultaneously handle several projects, managing priorities and deadlines;
  • Problem solving skills and proactive attitude;

Availability to travel is required.
